I'm having trouble finding where to unsubscribe from VAT services. We began the process but prior to having submitted the application, we decided to not go forward. Can anyone guide me to the page to unsubscribe?

I just went thru it. I was like a gym membership, you cant get out of it very easily if you don't push it.
But that's if you had it already. Did you pick an accountant? You will have to cancel with the accountant also, but it sounded like you didn't get that far.
You might have to go into your Global account, under your account, and go into the tax part, and cancel from there also. Make sure you get an email that confirms your request to cancel.
Worse case, you can open a case requesting to cancel VAT. I took me months, but I finally got a final email, fingers crossed that its over. Like a bad gym membership, that you cant cancel.
