How do I report multiple sellers on same ASIN selling inferior products under my brand name?

I have multiple sellers selling under my brand's asin, NOT selling MY BRAND product. I was told to do test buys and report them using the Report abuse tool . I reported the first one and so far nothing has happened. They took the report, asked for more information, which I could not provide because they asked for a photo and there is no way to attach a photo using that tool.

Anyway when I went to report the SECOND SELLER , I get the message:

----------------------

Hello,

We received your report of Amazon policy violation ID 12680786701 regarding the ASIN(s) below. Because you recently submitted an identical claim (12676462301), we will not investigate this duplicate claim. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for investigation of the original claim.

-------------------------

This is not a DUPLICATE report. Yes, same ASIN, but different seller. So how do I get ALL SEVEN of these reported? Do I have to wait for each one to complete then submit the next one and the next one, etc, etc?

IN ADDITION, I reported a DIFFERENT ASIN, one that they had completed the first investigation on, and I get this response:

------------------------

Hello,

Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported B08KL69D2P for the violation type selected.

ASIN: B08KL69D2P

Complaint ID: 12680848821

----------------------------

What the heck does that even mean? How can they say this is no violation identified when I just reported it?

WHY DOESN'T AMAZON DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE HIJACKERS who steal our listings, even though we have gone through all the trouble to REGISTER OUR BRANDS?

Buy a product of each seller and complain as CUSTOMER that it doesn't match the description and the picture. Describe the differences.

Afterwards of course you will return the product and get your money back.

You have very bad reviews, maybe you should better look for a better supplier.

I have done everything that @Jameson_Amazon said I should do on my other thread. I added photos of the actual packaging with the Onalee's Seeds brand packaging in the main photo, I did test buys of ALL THE OTHER SELLERS, and I have reported them all, and AMAZON WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. STILL! Why won't they protect our brands? Why won't they protect THEIR CUSTOMERS from getting products that are NOT AS DESCRIBED?

EIDAN STORE WORLD also hijacked one of my listings, but today, I noticed they were gone from my listing. Maybe they finally got caught doing this crap. I am soooooo tired of dealing with this very same issue, and Amazon will do NOTHING to protect legit sellers. I feel for you, but even with branding and all that stuff, your on your own with this platform and they could care less about us. I still say if items do not have a UPC, every single listing needs to be an entirely new listing. I grow what I sell seeds for, and since these hijackers are not buying their seeds directly from me, then they shouldn't be allowed to use anyone's existing product detail pages, because they are obviously NOT selling the exact same seeds! Dunno why that concept is so hard for Amazon to understand. It's ridiculous, and FRAUD!

Hire a lawyer and sue Amazon. Once you get a court order stating that Amazon has to comply with your requests to remove unauthorized sellers Amazon will do what you want.

Probably better to say you did not authorize anybody else to sell your brand. So, you do not need to prove counterfeit or not.

You need to do the Amazon Transparency for your products, after participating into the program, Amazon will make a lable and five unique codes for your products, and you will stick the label on each one of your items, if you use FBA shippment, Amazon will scan the labels when they get into the FBA warehouse, and those duplicate products without the label will be rejected there. And if you use FBM, Amazon will ask sellers under the same listing for the unique codes, if they don't have it, they'll not be able to sell it anymore.

And there's another project named Zero Project to protect sellers, not so familiar with it but that could be a potential solution for the situation.

Hope these can help you out there.

Best Regard
