Every time I send items to German FBA, many items are stolen
Every time when I send items to German FBA storage, few items were reported "missing" by Amazon. But last time I sent there, already more than 10 items (out of 300 or so) were reported missing. Even if I have placed paper saying in German, Ukrainian and Polish language saying: Everything was triple time counted, all is here. Please be understand that nothing is missing.
When I ask Amazon to investigate, Amazon wants for me invoices. When I pass invoices, Amazon is saying these are not correct invoices (because there is not written ASIN or something like that on it). But I order thousands of items / year in many factories and these items has MY EAN and MY NAME and on supplier invoices they are called different way.
HAS ANYBODY HERE EXPERIENCE how to get money for items stolen while unpacking in Amazon back?

Guten Tag, wenn ein Geschäftspartner sie bestiehlt, müssen Sie Strafanzeige stellen. Gehen Sie zusätzlich den zivilrechtlichen Weg, um Ihr Geld mit Rechnungen und Mahnungen zurück zu erlangen. Since YOU yourself are the manufacturer (in a legal sense), it may be useful/ necessary to provide Amazon a packing list which shall be stamped and signed by your company.

this is a kind of usual/daily biz. It is one of the reasons why we reduced selling with FBA to almost nill. There is always something missing. It is normal that there is no proper reaction from amazon. Of 23 boxes we shipped last year to amazon 22 were with missing items. I also got one box which "arrived empty", so 100% of the items were missing... how can this be? Amazon said after investigation: We packed a empty box...
I've never heard of a way to get the money back. But there are plenty complaining about!
You have to compensate the loss in you calculation, or you should send it FBM.
