Quick Tip: Custom Report Builder

img

Hi sellers!

Are you feeling overwhelmed with all the FBA reports and want to narrow in on a few key FBA inventory events that could impact your business? The Custom Report Builder might be the tool you are looking for. The Custom Report Builder is a reporting wizard in Seller Central that enables you to create and save customised reporting views. You can create these views by dragging and dropping data fields from a given list of attributes. It combines data from multiple reports and there may be different levels of detail compared to existing reports. You can access this report builder by selecting Fulfilment from the Reports option in the Seller Central drop-down menu.

Here's how you can build a custom report in 4 steps:

  • Select a business view - Select the domain for which you want to create the custom report.
  • Pick the fields - Select the fields from the available list of attributes for the selected domain.
  • Select the date range - Choose the date range for which you want to see the report data.
  • Generate report – You can generate the report for the selected date range which will only include the chosen fields from step 2.

When you create a custom report, you can save it for future use. These are stored in Your Saved Views on the custom report builder homepage.
