Pathetic support from [Moderator Edit: removed personal information] from the leadership team
Case: 12480392701 was created on 04/12/2023 for missing units on shipment FBA16WT899VZ and all invoices were submitted whenever the ILAC team requested.
On 06/08/2023, [Moderator Edit: removed personal information] asked for invoices for few shipments and I replied back on the same day stating the invoices were already submitted on the case and even mentioned the dates they were submitted. [Moderator Edit: removed personal information] Immediately closed off the case saying "We are unable to continue the investigation because the documentation provided does not meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance".
I reopened the case and asked for leadership team to call me up as to find out what exactly is missing on the invoice so I can provide the correct details.
After 2 weeks on 06/20/2023, [Moderator Edit: removed personal information] from the leadership team took over the case and copy pasted the same response which [Moderator Edit: removed personal information]asked on 06/08/2023.
I replied back on the same day saying those invoices were already submitted and provided the dates they were submitted.
On 06/28/2023 [Moderator Edit: removed personal information] once again did not give any explanation and just copy pasted the response and has not been responding since then.
I called up the phone support 6 times and was assured that I will get a call back on this case from the ILAC team members but none called till date.

Requesting Jameson_Amazon to check on this thread and escalate the issue to the management in the US about [Moderator Edit: removed personal information] from the leadership team.
