Our account has been blocked for more than a week for no reason. Today, your colleague from Amazon support referred us to the case 10687689922 in the performance notifications, to which we have not received a reply to date.
We have only received the following information in performance notifications, which, of course, are not based on truth.
"Dear Selling Partner,
The following non-exhaustive list of transactions are subject to German VAT and trigger a tax registration obligation in Germany post July 1st 2021:
• You are a seller who resides in Germany.
• You have inventory stored in Germany.
• You conduct Business-to-Consumer distance sales to customers in Germany and your business is established in Europe. You have total distance sales from all sales channels within Europe in excess of 10,000 EUR per year. You do not participate in Union One-Stop-Shop and declare your Business-to-Consumer distance sales to Germany in another EU country.

Our company is registered in the One-Stop Shop (OSS) system , through which we properly report cross-border Business-to-Consumer sales to Germany. we have exactly the same situation.
Our account got the same reason blocked a week ago although we are nor required to be registered to German VAT because we are since 2021 year registered to UNION OSS in Poland.
OSS including our PL VAT number are also verified in our amazon settings (status shows ACTIVE and ENROLLED).
We do not keep any stock in Germany, we also do not use FBA for over a Year so we have cancelled our German VAT number if anyway we are registered in OSS. Our settings about using FBA in Germany are TURNED OFF.
I have contacted several times Amazon Service and each time I was confirmed that our account is properly configured and our VAT datas are all in order.
Although I have provided screenshots, confirmation about OSS REGISTRATION , all necessary informations there is no progress in our case except informations like "transferring the case to proper team" there is no any progress.
Is there anyone who really can help ?

You confirm that you have One-Stop Shop and are shipping from Czech Republic. Can you confirm which country is chosen in the inventory storage setting?
You can get there by following these steps:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Press on "Fulfilment by Amazon".
2. Press on "Edit" on "Enable inventory storage"?
Please note that in case your home marketplace is "Germany" then it is by default that you need to have a German VAT. In case you have Czech Republic then the OSS should be enough. In this case, you can open a case with the Account Health Team so they can review account reactivation.
You can also reach the Account Health Team for further information on the account, you can follow these steps to open a case with them:
1. Click on the "Help" button at the top right of Seller Central.
2. Click 'Selling on Amazon.
3. Click on "Account Health" and "Reactivate your account".
3. Click “Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support”.
