Account deactivated for multiple accounts
Greetings, I am a seller on Amazon and have been having serious issues with my account and have not been able to get assistance from amazon. My account was deactivated for "having multiple accounts" and my Fiancé who lives with me also had his account deactivated, it seems that Amazon believes we are the same person with 2 accounts, maybe because we have the same physical address and IP address? I sell women's clothing under the brand French Meadows LLC, a women's clothing and accessory business, he has a film in distribution on Prime, these are 2 totally separate brands and there is no overlap. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue? He has submitted a notarized affidavit that was requested by amazon, but they did not accept it, they want proof that I do not have another account, I just don't know how to prove I don't have something I don't have.
