Brand Name in Listing doesn't match Brand Registry

I created an ASIN with a brand in my brand registry. When the brand registry application approved, the name was changed to match the trademark, however the listing name wasn't updated. So the listing is effectively pointing to a brand that doesn't exist. I have contacted brand registry support, but I'm pretty sure they don't actually read the messages because I keep getting the same canned response. They think I'm trying to rebrand, when I'm not. It is the same brand, but the name was modified in the brand registry. Further the ASINs are tied to the GTIN, so it seems like I would be stuck with it tied to the wrong brand. How can I get them to change the ASIN -> Brand Name relationship so it accurately reflects what is in the Brand Registry?

Hello @Seller_sx34OWAf1LXzI,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and my apologies for the lateness of my reply, but I would be happy to look into this for you.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please provide a case ID that has the relevant information. Specifically, I will need the ASIN and proper brand name that should be in the brand name attribute and then I will investigate.

Best, Dougal
