FBA Lost
Recently there are more and more items lost in FBA shippments, and they all get marked as investigation completed, we have to "resolve" the problem by admitting that we didn't put the accurate item quantity in box.
We sent 4 kitchen cleavers in one box to Amazon, which weighed 19LB by UPS, Amazon only received 2, and saying we didn't put accurate item quantity in it, how is it impossible?
