Brand Registry Application Manufacturer Info
Hello everyone
I am going through the brand registration process, and when I get to Manufacturing and distribution information it asks for the agreement and invoice from the manufacturer of my products.
My concern is that my trademark is a class specifically for Preparation of Customized Gift baskets, so I source different products from different sources and build my baskets. I get nothing manufactured for my business.
How should i proceed in this case?

are you talking about a bundle of branded products? Or are they generic products? they want wholesale invoices of the items in the basket and the baskets. If you are trying to brand the basket but the items in it are not branded, you will need approval from the manufacturers to bundle and brand them. This is complicated really, as you just didn't provide much info...

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team. @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI is spot on, it does come down to what is in the baskets, if they are branded items you will need to provide your agreement with that brands owner, but if they are non branded items, an invoice from the manufacturer should suffice.
