On June 9, 2024, I received two OTPs for two different shipments. One shipment had 2 return packages and the other shipment had 1 return package, but the OTPs (572274) for both return packages were the same. I successfully received the shipment with 2 returns and provided the OTP for the return. However, the other shipment, with order number 403-4078856-6673100, was not received by me. Despite this, it is marked as "returned to seller." It is possible that the delivery person shared the OTP with other delivery person who didn't deliver my shipment
