Can I list my product with my own ASIN, since three other sellers are listing the same item under their brand name?
I sourced a product that I really like from a manufacturer who has guaranteed that there are no exclusivity claims on it. Yet I have seen 3 other sellers on Amazon all have their brand name attached to it with their own ASINs. I don't mind getting their "permission" to sell it, but none of the other sellers have the same variations that I have. Is there a way to add variations to an existing ASIN of another seller, or can I just create my own new product listing since I have the manfacturer's agreement?

you are not providing the needed information. Variations are not available in every category. Some brands are legit brands and you cannot sell under their listings. Some sellers just made up brand names and will black hat you to the door if you get on to their listing................................
Nobody here owns any ASIN. Your product must be identical to the pictures and the brand name listed, otherwise it is generic and you can only create another generic listing if nobody else has it listed as such.

Hey there @Seller_z223po6jbwVh9- thanks for the post! Danny from Amazon here and I'd like to assist, but might need some more information! At a high level, brand authorization is always required when selling branded items on Amazon. Our Generic Product Policy shares more context on common paths forward for this type of scenario as well.
Have you created a case with support on this issue as of yet? If so, I'd be happy to take a look at the specifics so I can better advise towards this item!
Thanks,
Danny
