Amazon Shipping protections
Hi,
We recently signed up for Amazon shipping which uses Amazon's own fleet and I would like to know if this service offers late delivery protection like Amazon Buy Shipping. My amazon shipping rep did not know the answer. Any feedback would be greately appreciated.

Hello @Seller_wyxRnLTuM7BMK, check out the Amazon Shipping Policies. You will find the delivery and claims process there. Amazon Shipping takes a photograph and GPS location of the delivery, which should reduce “item not received” claims.
