I am the official trademark owner for Pungxxx. However, this brand is currently registered with the brand registry. I want to claim my ownership back.

Make sure that you are the brand owner and all names match.. You must have the FINAL DETERMINATION letter from USTPO, not the Pending letter.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team. Apologies for the delay in my response as I was out of the office and just returning this week. I would be happy to take a look into this for you. After some initial research I found 2 cases you opened describing the issue. I recommend that you open a new case with Seller Support and provide all documentation that proves you are the owner of the TM in your initial message so the team has something to initiate an investigation on.
One other thought, is it possible that you have authorized any other 3rd party e-commerce or distributor now or in the past that would have had the appropriate authorization to register your brand? If so, and they registered the brand in Brand Registry, it is possible for you to solve this with them on your own. Please let me know if this is a possibility and I can provide another way for you.
