Previously sold without a variation and now decided to try to combine them into a variation to compare the results. After loading the variation, there were 294 reviews without two smells (8 smells). The next day, 230 reviews were sent. Two days later, 210. And now 190. HOW DO YOU EVEN UNDERSTAND THIS? I opened a couple of cases with support and in response, wait 72 hours. More than 4 days have passed but I still have not received an answer. Sales have dropped by 50%.
