Reviews Split After ASINs Were Moved Between GLs – Need Help Merging Them
Hello, We are experiencing an issue where reviews for a variation family have been split between ASINs after some of them were moved from GL Sports to GL Media. This change was not requested or initiated by us—we have always sold these products under GL Sports.
Amazon support responded with the following: “After careful review, we found that the ASIN at one point in time flipped from a media GL to a non-media GL and has no title authority relations. Such a product will never be allowed to share reviews again.”
However, we believe this should not apply in our case, as the GL change was made by Amazon without our request or action. We would like Amazon to reconsider this decision and help merge the reviews back together, as this situation was out of our control.
Could an Amazon moderator or support member provide guidance on how to resolve this?

Hi @Seller_Ndm840RAI4LOz- I understand your concern about the split reviews, especially since the GL change wasn't initiated by you. While we can't handle specific ASIN issues in the Forums, I would appeal to Seller Support and provide documentation showing the products were originally under GL Sports, include evidence that the GL change was not seller-initiated and list all affected ASINs in the variation family.
