Do Not Ever Use Global Post to Ship Your Amazon Items!
Dealing with 4 strikes against my Amazon.ca account, I was just told by an Account Health "Specialist" that although Amazon accepts Global Post as a shipper, they do not have the ability to track or recognize Global Post tracking numbers. (By the way, it took over an hour to get this negative response)
Don't get caught in this newer Amazon trap!

Hello @Seller_p4aHGJV2iziFh.
Was Global Post available in the drop-down list on Ship Confirmation page on Seller Central?
To ensure that sellers maintain a good VTR, they are encouraged to use carriers in the drop-down list on Ship Confirmation page on Seller Central.
You can read more about this subject on our VTR: Which carriers are Amazon-integrated? seller help page, as well as this related forums thread:
