Are you asking about two different accounts owned by the same people and selling in the same market such as the US dot com site?

If so you can BUT both accounts will be suspended forever by doing so!

You are only allowed multiple accounts if they sell entirely different products and in entirely different categories.

HINT -- SELLER U!

And HOW would it be different IP if it is "THE SAME PRODUCT "? If it is the SAME it won't have 'different IP'.
