Have you solved it? I have the same issue and I found othher occurences:

And to answer @CR_Amazon's question, I tried re-logging several times in 48 hours with four different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Chrome on Android) in normal or private mode, after clearing cookies, everything you can think of.
It happens only on my Japanese account (well, I have one global account, the issue is only with the Japanese site)
