Amazon Lending and bankruptcy
I am considering filing for chpter 7 mostly to get out of an sba covid loan that is not forgivable. I also have Amazon Lending debts that I do wish to pay back. My attorney said that all loans have to be included including my Amazon one. Can I keep paying back my Amazon loan after filing chapter 7 and do I have to worry about being suspended just for filing bankruptcy?

I'm not quite sure that I see the logic in having a REAL attorney and asking all the SELLERS here for legal advice.
From a practical standpoint, if I were in your shoes, I would find any way possible to pay back the AMAZON loan before you even think about filing anything.
Unless you just migrated to the new NOT improved Forum, you would know that Amazon has a LONG memory and is NOT a very 'forgiving' or 'understanding' business to deal with.
I doubt that your ability to sell on here would survive screwing them (or one of their 'sources') out of whatever money you owe them.
Ethics aside, borrowing from some other unsuspecting source to pay Amazon before filing might keep your business on here viable.
Your conscience? Maybe not so much.

I filed bankruptcy 25 years ago. When I purchased a house 2 years later, the bank forced me to pay off 2 credit cards that were in that bankruptcy to get the mortgage. So, yeah, while you have to include all debt, there’s no rule against voluntarily paying a debt after the bankruptcy is over., however, they may close that loan account as soon as you file, due to the automatic stay provision. If they as much as accidentally bill you, they would violate the law. So usually all accounts, loans, credit cards are closed as soon as they are informed.
