Amazon has been lost my FBA items and support is not answering 3 weeks!!

this forum case is my last hope. I have sent 400 items to amazon fulfilment center, tracking number shows delivered, but amazon has been closed this order and mentioned that 0 items was received. I have been opened two cases , because I need to get more information about this situation, and 3 weeks support is not answering. I am writing when I will have answer, and I have standard answer "thanks for case creation"
I'm asking someone to rase my case!!! this is not normal. I have payed a lot money for this items and I have all right to get information what is going on!!!

Im asking someone from amazon to take a look to my problem. This is not normal that 3 weeks I have no information from support!! Im paying so much money to amazon and no support when Im needed it

this sounds weird - Amazon will always reply (even if the answear is automated and not fitting your question) one day they will take a look at your case. Be persistent with opening cases and mark your case as "urgent help needed" - try to chat, mail, telephone: there has to be a reply by them. If they will never reply you (what i don't think will happen) you should consider legal assistance since your goods are in a FBA warehouse and you have the proof of delivery.

if you let me know the case number, I can see what is up with it. It can happen, that due to short volume increases replies might take longer.
