SAFE-T CLAIM ISSUES

1. Customers are buying Brand new Toner and retuning USED Toner back, we opened Safe-T claim and Amazon is denying the claim. Amazon wanted serial number from the item shipped, how do we get serial number from the item when customer kept the item and returened a used toner in box. Easy way to steal products, seller can not do anything. Take pictures and videos of each item before ship to customer, not sure what else sellers can do. We provided USED toner picture to Amazon, other funny thing is order shipped to FL and return shipped from CA state, all these details provided to Amazon and still Amazon denying the sate T claims

2. As soon as customer shipped the retun Amazon issues refund before the item returned, 90% customer are lying for the return resaon and getting free return shipping label, when we file Safe-t claim for credits, Amazon playing games with the reason selected wrong, picture did not show this and that. Any excuse they can use to deny the claim. Our question is why Amazon issues refund, seller can inspect the item returned and issue refund, give 5-10 days for sellers to issue refund, if seller not issued refund 5-10 days then Amazon issue refund, rather close eye and issue refund for lying customer is not good for sellers, because sellers are loosing money for wrong return reasons and fight with Safe-T claim, the time and money waste here because of bad refund by Amazon.

For context, Amazon issues a Refund at First Scan for items returned through Amazon’s Prepaid Returns Label program. With Refund at First Scan, a buyer receives a refund when the returned item is dropped off at a designated carrier location using a prepaid return label that was issued by us. Returns that are self-ship or use a label paid for by the seller are not eligible for a refund at first scan. If you receive a damaged or materially different return due to customer fault, you can file a SAFE-T claim on Seller Central within 60 days of a refund charge to your account. This help page walks through how to file a SAFE-T Claim as well as scenarios eligible for reimbursement.

The first point that we made and you did not answer that, customer purchased a Brand-New Bother Belt unit and returned a USED TONER and Amazon issued full refund at fist scan. Please check this Claim details: 25574-97336-2356012, we shipped a brand-new Brother item and returned a Used Toner back to us with the false return reason, Amazon issued full refund to customer and denying our SafeT claims. We provided picture of the item customer returned, we shipped the order to FL and return came from CA, this is an organized crime and seller lost original item and Amazon denied the refund.

This is 100% inaccurate - Returns that use a label paid for by the seller are not eligible for a refund at first scan. we can provide hundreds of examples that Amazon issues refund at first scan. Amazon issued refund to buyer as soon as first scan complete or before item returned and it doesn’t matter seller paid for the label or not. If you like to discuss about this then please give us a call and we can over as many orders. The important factor is, 90% returns customer are lying about their return and Amazon issued full refund as soon as first scan, only 10% people who says Bought by mistake and Amazon did not issue refund for the shipping label once in a while. This Claim details: 47157-44900-4937852 customer returned the item with return reason - Brought by mistake- and still Amazon issued full refund before item returned, we filed the Safe T claim and Amazon issued return shipping credit, how many more examples that you need.

Please stop the First scan refund method, 90% customer are lying and it is causing us huge financial loss. Once the item returned we will inspect the item and we will issue refund accordingly.

Additionally, I do not understand how serial numbers would serve as evidence in cases where the claim is solely about the customer returning the item in an unusable condition. could someone explain it??
