Can I reset/delete my Amazon Seller and start fresh?
Hi there,
I am new to Amazon. I joined back in February. Since then I spent all my time learning the platform and testing features which as you can imagine has been quite the process. I should note, I am a registered brand.
I am now at a place where I feel starting the entire process would be much more efficient and wise to start fresh and do everything properly before moving forward.
My account is in good health (200) and I don't have any sales or activity on my account. What I would like to know is, Can I delete this sellers account (with my brand) and recreate a new account again with the same brand?
To put it another way, nuke my sellers account.
I'd greatly appreciate any words of wisdom and guidance.

One seller account per person per lifetime. Your best bet would be to redesign your account. That you can do, but you can't delete this account and start another sellers account.

Being in the buy box (or having the buy box) is not guaranteed for any reason. Including the amount of time you don't make any sales.
It is built into the Amazon system, you get it when you have the credibility to get it.
Starting a new account will not help with this.
You should know if you open a new account. Amazon will CLOSE BOTH ACCOUNTS, you will likely never return to Amazon again, from now until the end of time.

I'll grant that things may have changed since I started, but my understanding (which others seem to agree with), is that you won't get the BB until you have a record of sales, with few or no complaints, and hopefully at least one positive Feedback. Easier if you are FBA, but even there, not guaranteed for new sellers.

your seller account is in good standing, why would you want to delete it?
Of course, as long as you've confirmed that your Merchant Token has been completely removed from Amazon's servers, you can re-register using the original documentation. This involves a cumbersome process of opening support cases and verifying with Amazon customer service

Yeah I joined awhile back but didn’t even get to make a sale because I was gonna go with FBA but when the importer told me how much it would cost I decided to do it myself and I as of now I was able to record a sale but the down side I didn’t really plan properly to know how much shipping would cost so I basically had my price to low or the shipping price is to low so in the end I ended up losing 20
