Can I include a QR code in a product insert that redirects to Linktr.ee?

Is it in violation of Amazon TOS policies to include a thank you card and on the back have a QR linking to my linkt.ree where all my social medias are at?

Thanks

Let me clarify, this thank you card will be inside my product packaging (opp bag) with my product.

One more thing, can I ask people to tag my business Instagram to be featured in stories? I haven't found anything specific about this stuff but I don't want to randomly get in trouble despite the vague policies.

Hi @Seller_mOTQwbS6f3wcj,

Without knowing the exact language of your insert, my best recommendation is to be sure you are wholly compliant with the Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct, namely:

Circumventing the sales process

You may not attempt to circumvent the Amazon sales process or divert Amazon customers to another website. This means that you may not provide links or messages that prompt users to visit any external website or complete a transaction elsewhere.

Also, the Product insert compliance module Seller University module would be pertinent here as well.

While Community Managers like myself don't review inserts, any harvesting of customer data like emails from QR codes is strictly prohibited and would be against policy. If you're still looking for more info I recommend checking past threads here on the Forums or reaching out directly to seller support with the specific language you'll be using.

Hope that helps!
