My order has arrived at Amazon warehouse but the product is not active in my account ?

I need help I have delivered my inventory to amazon fba warehouse via UPS courier service and the tracking number is also showing that the order has been delivered to amazon fba warehouse and amazon has closed my shipment. Yes but my inventory is not going live for sale I have complained to amazon 9 times but amazon asked me for purchasing invoice so I provided that too but inventory is still not going live for sale on September 28, 2022 Amazon FBA warehouse would deliver please let me know how to resolve this issue

what they are saying is that they were expecting 90 and got 0. Nothing unusual with FBA. To get a refund you need to provide an authorized distributor or manufacturer's invoice. Not a receipt, an official B2B invoice. Alibaba receipts/invoices are often not accepted.
