Can anyone help me with carrier central and sending to Amazon !!!
I keep reading that I have to book a delivery appointment with Amazon for my parcel to be delivered, how do I get the carrier to do this ??? I will be using the UPS partnered carrier, I cannot see anywhere on the UPS website giving this option?
How do you all send items to Amazon with a courier ??

Buying your postage through send to amazon, UPS automatically have appointments and are their preferred carrier.
When booking through Amazon, make sure you arrange collection of the parcel through UPS website/ drop off or by phone as this is not automatically done. You can do this by using the tracking number beginning with 1Z, as you will have prepaid a collection/delivery and no further fees are required.

Almost every shipment we do to Amazon for FBA goes via UPS.
The parcel is collected from us and gets to Coventry depot where you see the message at tracking "Held for future delivery date" after 4 or 5 days the shipment shows as delivered.
Don't panic about it. Just let the wheels of the machine turn. It's when you try interfere with it that parcels get "lost"
