Customer Review Policy Violation
Hi everyone,
Our Amazon account was recently deactivated due to a policy violation involving customer reviews. We believe this was triggered by automated messages we sent through XSellco, which Amazon claims violated their Customer Review Policies. After receiving the policy violation warning, we immediately stopped using XSellco and submitted multiple appeals. We acknowledged the issue, provided a detailed plan of action, and outlined preventive steps. However, Amazon is now requesting a list of review IDs obtained through prohibited methods, which has left us puzzled.
What information do I have to submit? -- A list of all reviews you obtained through prohibited methods. Provide all active review IDs or review links of those reviews. --> Review ID example: VBTR9XXXXMM --> Review link example: https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/RVBTR9XXXXMM
After reviewing all communications, we found no evidence of offering free products in exchange for reviews or manipulating customer feedback. There were a few inquiries about free products, but no action was taken, and we never provided any items for reviews. Amazon hasn’t shared the exact root cause of the violation, making it difficult for us to address it directly. We’re in a tough spot because we can’t provide review IDs for something we don’t believe happened. We also found that several of our post-purchase messages were not delivered due to account restrictions, meaning no reviews could have been obtained through those messages.
We’ve tried reaching out to Amazon Health Support multiple times and even escalated the issue to the SAS Issue Assistance team, but we haven’t received much clarity on the specific issue.
Has anyone else encountered a similar situation where Amazon requested review IDs without providing more details? We’re working on a new appeal and would really appreciate any advice or insights on how to handle this.
Thank you in advance for your support!

Copy and paste here amazon's email regarding this deactivation. We have to see the exact wording to understand if they give you a chance of reinstatement or not.
