Two step verification method change issue

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to change two-step verification method from receiving the OTP via SMS to Authenticator app as I was not able to receive the OTP vis SMS text nor voice call. However, I don't have any other option to switch over to different method as you can see on the screen shot. I tried recovery option multiple times, but no response from Amazon. Does anyone have any idea about how I can reset and choose the way I want for two-step verification???

I really need help and it seems like it's almost impossible to get a hold of someone over the phone on Amazon.
