I am a small business owner every product every sales count make a difference to me. Unfortunately due to amazon customer obsessed policys are end up making whole into my pocket. Recently there customer support executives start giving refund to the customer on non refundable items on silly reason like "they have changed there mind"

Atlest there should be some check point for seller before they issue the refund and asking customer to keep the product. who gave them this right.
