Hello Amazon Team,

We are using our brand Mi since 1999

Brand is already registered and while processing with amazon brand registration for the same, application is rejected saying "As informed, we are unable to approve your Brand Registry application because the trademark on the application is highly likely to be confused by customers for an established brand."

Our brand already registered in government portal, brand is similar to already established brand, but We are using this brand since 1999, we have also attached the document for the same, and it shouldn't mean that we are not allowed to sell our own brand on e-commerce platform, every brand has different lineup of product so as our also has different category of products.

What can be the solution for this?
