Using Amazon Pay for my Shopify store. Customer wants to use Amazon pay because she has Amazon gift cards in her account but is unable to apply them. It only lets her choose which bank/credit card to use. Is there a way to use gift card balance for Shopify payment?
I tried to search but didn't see anything. Thank you!

Amazon gift cards are only available to purchases through Amazon , not Shopify.

@Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9is correct. Amazon gift cards are not accepted methods of payment with Amazon Pay.
Per the Amazon Pay > Accepted payment methods webpage:
"Amazon.com Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method to place an order using Amazon Pay. Amazon.com Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible goods and services on Amazon.com and certain related sites as provided in the Amazon.com Gift Card Terms and Conditions."
