None of our Images update in Vendor Central or Seller Central and Images on our ASINs are not ours
Reposting this thread as per @Blake_Amazon's recommendation
We are the brand owner, and time and time again we have our images overwritten by random vendors with low-quality assets and can do nothing to stop it. Moreover, we have uploaded new assets to replace old assets, and they do not change anything almost every time.
We have spent days, weeks, dare I say, months trying to get help from Amazon's support, but they repeatedly send us in circles and more often than not tell us we are violating policies that we are not violating. We follow instructions exactly and rarely does anything change or come of our efforts with support. Once we had to prove our product was not green because somehow the word green got into the title. The amount of work it took to prove this was absurd and the final proof wasn't a picture of the product but a picture of the cardboard box the retail ships in. This took weeks to accomplish and seemingly was randomly approved eventually.
Does anyone out there have advice on how to make updates to images using seller central or vendor central? When I try to delete images, nothing happens. When I upload images to replace random vendor images, they continue to be overridden even though I am the brand owner. Multiple ASINS have an issue where images cannot be deleted at all.
Here is an example support ticket. Even though we are the registered brand owner, the initial response was just information on how to register our ASIN with our brand and did not help nor make sense in any way whatsoever. We have been told twice that the images will update within 48 hours, and nothing has happened.
Wrong Information on Product Page - Request to Change images for ASIN: B071NP6GFX

This example is symptomatic of issues we are having all across our catalog.

Hi there @Seller_V2pZZMGWWSHoc- thanks for the post! I took a look at the Case ID you provided, and several others, and it does look like this issue was resolved, but please do tag me in the comments here if you are seeing anything different from your end!
Happy selling,
Danny
