Missing units from our Shipment AGL and still no answer from Amazon since 13Feb2024

How to escalate the investigation with the fulfillment centre for missing inventory?

I am missing 372 units on B0CHDNV5J4, and 306 units on B0CHDKSYPN.from a shipment delivered with Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) services. I opened a case on 13 Feb. 2024, i provideed all the documents needed and they still dont give my a proper answer. They keep sending messages (every other day) saying they are investigating and will update me when any additional information is available. They haven't request any information from my part either.

What should i do in a case like this?
