Brand Registry case
Hello,
I want to understand the main reason why my brand registry application got rejected, case number is 15328920851.
I have received an email from the brand registry team, but they just gave me bunch of reasons, not sure what is the exact reason why am I getting rejected.
Message I got from the team:
Your Brand Registry enrollment request for brand “[]“ has been rejected.
Why did this happen?
This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons: a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog; b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies, c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification, d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging; e) you have a selling account that is de-activated, or f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).

My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post. At this moment, the response provided are some things that you can review with your application. However, I cannot pinpoint the exact reason.
At the moment you reapply, our best advice will be, to please review the application requirements closely and our application guide before try to reapply with Brand registry. Also keep in mind, if you do mirror of previous application, you may get declined again.
