Identity verification is not completing although all documents have been uploaded long time ago

I am trying to get approved on germany region. On USA region I am fully verified. I am getting an email now to get my face and id document verified:

Although it has been a couple weeks sine I completed this step. I got my USA account verified then. @Amazon please help.
