I am trying to get approved on germany region. On USA region I am fully verified. I am getting an email now to get my face and id document verified:

How to complete the identity verification by taking a photo of your face and ID document

1. Go to Seller Central using the following link and sign in to your account when prompted:

2. On the "Verify your identity by taking a photo of your face" page, follow the on-screen instructions to take photos of your face and ID document using the camera on your device.

We will compare your identity document and face photo to determine if they match.

But when I go to the link https://sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/v2/rf/flow/AutoIDV/page/AutoIDV/render?serviceType=ALL&serviceTier=ALL I get the following message:

We have completed our review of your face and ID document images.

We are conducting further checks on the information you provided during registration and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days.

Although it has been a couple weeks sine I completed this step. I got my USA account verified then. @Amazon please help.
