I have been researching this issue for a while. I think it is not necessary for every product to carry out conformity tests of products. Amazon can review your list and confirm you when you say that you do not need a safety certificate for some products.
The real nonsense is that we have to paste our manufacturer information on the product. Why do we show our manufacturers to everyone? Isn't that ridiculous? Our manufacturer is a very large factory and when I asked our manufacturer whether their customers in Europe have done conformity tests or placed the manufacturer, responsible person information on the products, he mentioned that no one has done this yet.
I wonder how this regulation will be implemented in practice and I would like to know your opinion on this issue. What will we do if Amazon removes our product lists for such a strange issue?
