Deactivation endless loop

wonder if anyone can help - am currently in an endless loop with amazon support. My account is deactivated because i need to verify my identitiy with the seller identificatoin tool. problem is the link to the verification tool or to arrange a video call does not work. im just getting automated responses from the help section (not helpful) and have had 2 calls with the support team and isnt helpful at all - the last call she said that she would raise my case with "the technicalo team" but when we hung up my case was marked as answered.
I also want a refund of £30 from signing up as a professional account rather than indovidual but again asked to submit a case - the only option is related to my amazon account health and the case is immediately closed with an automated response........ really not impressed - thought amazon may have better technology that "computer says no" call centres...

To request a refund of unused seller fees you do need to open a case with seller support (Help).
You also need to downgrade the selling PLAN (professional is not the account type, but the selling PLAN you signed up for). To downgrade, go to Settings - Account Info - Your Services - Manage - and you will not be charged anymore.
