AMAZON CSBA SCAM: customer are getting refunded without return
Seller be aware of this service, amazon is giving refunds to the customers without any prior investigation, they do not ask, they just give the customer the money and they keep the product too!!
I have 3 month trying to find out what was wrong, I have called Amazon Seller Support a thousand times to verify if something was wrong with my account that I was receiving a lot of refunds and they couldn't find what was wrong and finally today I opt out of Amazon Customer service. THEY KEEPT THE 15% AND THE CUSTOMER KEEPT THE PRODUCT AND THE MONEY, THIS IS SCAM PEOPLE.

I understand your frustration and that you have opted out of Amazon Customer Service.
The reason for returnless refunds is because you are selling Perfumes. Perfumes ARE non-returnable because of their composition that is regulated for transportation. They can only be shipped by ground. I looked at one of your listings to confirm this and as I suspected, they display the below annotation just below the Add to Cart and Buy Now buttons.
It does not matter if you are shipping FBA or MFN. Perfumes are not returnable.
I hope this helps. I am sorry nobody in support could tell you this basic fact.
