Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order Lost, Amazon denies claim
On May 28th, we sent a product to a youtube celebrity through Amazon Multi-Channel Delivery. Therefore, the order was not a customer order from a third party shopping platform (like ebay, walmart).
The parcel logistics information is no longer updated after June 1, the probability that the product has been lost.
We initiated a compensation claim with Amazon, but amazon ask us to provid the proof of original non-Amazon order. Or we won't be compensated.
This is extremely unreasonable and what should I do next so that Amazon is willing to pay me compensation
