Best Seller Rank BSR LOST or Missing for Over 2 Months
We lost our best seller rank, 2 months have passed and our case is still not resolved. We are not tagged as adult and did not use restricted KWs. We already recovered our BSR for one of the child ASINs but not yet for our top child ASIN.
The latest update from seller support or as per the internal team, the parent ASIN has different attributes vs its CHILD ASINs.
Any other ways to recover best seller rank?
Any other ways to update product type and gl-product group? Flat file didn’t work

Hi there @Seller_kSiID4G3TvdrU- thanks for sharing this question on forums! I took a look through that case and see it was resolved yesterday with some guidance offered by support regarding the product's category. Are you still seeing any issues with this?
