Hello Amazon Seller Community,

I’m facing an issue where my shipment (CASE ID: 16822879951) shows as delivered by UPS on 04/12/24 at 9:46 AM (I have POD), but Amazon’s system doesn’t reflect it as received. UPS tracking confirms it was received by "SMF" and left at the dock.

I’ve been told “Receive Verification” has been deprecated, and I’ve checked the shipment contents in Seller Central, but the status remains unresolved.

Is there anything I can do to locate my package?
