Not receiving the OTP

I was locked out of my seller account today. I did nit receive the OTP. When I clicked did not receive the otp and asked Amazon to call me to give me the otp code, it says I made too many requests and need to wait. Sent two step verification account recovery email but have not heard anything back. Please help

Tonight I got a code THAT DID NOT WORK. I typed it in THREE TIMES EXACTLY AS GIVEN and it would NOT allow me into my account.

I had to request ANOTHER code. Thankfully that worked and thankfully I have endless time on my hands to play these stupid games.

Save yourself a lot of frustration by getting the Amazon authenticator. Also make absolutely sure that the time on your phone and laptop correspond with the time zone your are in.

For some reason the cell number on my phone will not receive a code on occasion. I immeadiatly will request a code to my wife's phone or another alternative setup in my account.

the same here, I have to go through otp authentication every 5 minutes when on the phone and solving 666 puzzles every day.
