Lost Shipment – 2 Cartons Delivered, 1 Missing – Automated Denial & Ignored Request for Carton Count
I need help with a case that appears to have received no real investigation.
Shipment:
· 2 cartons shipped, each with its own tracking, both tracking showing “Delivered.” And carriers confirm both cartons delivered.
· Received units match exactly 1 carton’s contents. The other carton’s entire quantity is missing.
Case ID: 12450174092
The case states that Proof of delivery only confirms that the carrier made a delivery at our fulfillment center and isn't confirmation that Amazon received the exact items.
I asked a simple question multiple times: “How many physical cartons were received? Can you share photos of the cartons that have already been processed?” — This question is ignored in every reply.
Key problem: My first appeal was rejected in under one minute, with a templated response. Every subsequent case gets the exact same reply. No one has addressed the carton-count question, which would immediately show whether a warehouse missed a carton during check-in.
Could a moderator please help get this case reviewed by a human being who can check the actual receiving scan records? A simple carton-level count would resolve this.
@Michelle_Amazon@Oliver_Amazon@Rachelle_Amazon Your assistance would be deeply appreciated.
Thanks you

From my limited knowledge of how incoming deliveries are processed at Amazon warehouses, pictures of the delivery are unlikely, but they should be able to answer how many cartons were registered as received in their system and if one of them was considered defective or otherwise not processed into your stock.
Since it has apparently also been 5 days since you posted this, perhaps this will help bump things up?

Now I have the same problem, exactly the same.
2 boxes lost, signed the POD.
The same grounds for refusal.
