Address Verification Post Card
Last week Amazon prompted for me to verify my address. The system says I will receive a post card on June 3, 2023, but I'm showing the status is "dispatched". Is there a way to tell if the post card has been shipped to me and the system just wasn't update? I don't want to get my account deactivated due to not verifying my address, but I do not know what to do as I'm waiting on the post card. I hate to request another one and push the timeline back more now that it is June. I just want to make sure my account does not get deactivated on June 27 due to the INFORM Act. Can an Amazon moderator advise. I have case 12918956631 open as well.

It's not even June 3rd yet. If you don't receive it by next week, you should request an update.

Pretty much all of Amazon's time "estimates" as to how long sellers must wait are unrealistic. Sometimes comically unreal.
And, just as an fyi -- the "postcard" when you do receive it, is not a post card at all. Look for a white envelope about 9" x 12" size.

Good Afternoon @Seller_cK9O7F7EDLnUWand others,
We did receive some updated information here.
As long as you have submitted the requested information needed to start the verification process for that piece of information by June 8th, your disbursements will not be withheld. The information does not need to be fully verified by June 8 to avoid disruptions to your disbursements.
More information to come and will be updated on our main thread here "INFORM Consumers Act Verification FAQs" for more information. We'd like to use that thread as the main discussion area so we can help support any follow up concerns or questions.

In case you didn't know this (I didn't), it isn't actually a postcard. It is a full 8.5"x11" white envelope with a label half the size of the paper. I almost pitched mine thinking it was junk mail, then re-read the return address and noticed it said "SHIPPING" and underneath "Amazon.com".
