DE VAT Address rejected when all VAT information with TA and AMZ is correct and up to date? VIES error?
Latest reply from Amazon is as follows.
We have identified mismatch in the business address, You can either contact the German tax authorities to provide the updated information or update your account information in Seller Central. However both the TA and Amazon show the exact address as confirmed with screenshots and documentation. Emailed the below and still keep getting rejected.

Account suspended now for 2months. Tax advisor repeatedly advises that the address with DE tax authority is updated and correct and I have supplied all documents to Amazon and just get the same repeated copy and paste rejection email response.
I now have huge amounts of stranded stock with FBA and no sales. Can anyone help us get out of this mess?

Maybe you should compare your business name as well... In the (one single) notification I received on such an issue a few weeks ago, they didn´t clarify if name or/and address didn´t match up.
In my case I deleted the academic degree from my name = business name and now hope for the best ;)
Don´t always exactly rely on what´s in their auto-text.
