we have dissolved our company and thus closed our bank account. Amazon have been paying into our private bank account but then asked for documents for verification. They have rejected everything. They now say they can only pay funds into a business bank account which we don't have.
I changed account from a business one to an individual one - which I now find out you cant do - should close the business one and open an individual one.
any ideas how we get our funds.? I now want to close the account and stop selling. Im nervous of starting this process without having bank account verified.

If the account is in the limited company name which is now dissolved, I dont think the money is actually yours to get back and shouldnt have been paid into a private bank account

When a limited company has been dissolved any assets that are left belong to the crown.
Why didn't you resolve this issue before dissolving your limited company ??
Only way to get back is to restore the limited company, open a bank account and pass verification.
