GTIN/EAN/UPC all come from GS1. It doesn’t really matter, verified against same GEPIR® data.
If you are Brand/mfg. then you might (but probably not) get extra credit, If you are just a reseller then you would just be inferring EAN from UPC (so you should probably go with what you have).

If you are going to sell in the USA, then UPC. It must be sourced from GS1. Amazon will check.
