Can someone from amazon seller central team please upload a video for how to create coupon in bulk start to end like from where we can downloads the all ASIN report for parent which we require to upload in bulk sheet and how to upload without any error of - Coupon does not meet the minimum requirement of 15 ASINs.

I am sorry you are having issues with a bulk upload for coupon creation. I am providing two reference points from the Seller Central help pages.
I suspect your bulk upload may be impacted by the new pricing requirements for coupons. Try creating a coupon for the ASINs via the 1x1 flow. This may provide a more descriptive error message, if there is a reason that the ASINs were suppressed/rejected during the Coupon creation process.
