I wanted to share this issue here to see if anyone has faced something similar and can offer advice.

Summary of the situation:

• Our account shows an "invalid charge method" error.
• When we add a valid credit card, the system then requires verification of our old bank account.
• This bank account is permanently closed, and we don’t have any details anymore.
• Because we can’t verify it, the error reappears within 24 hours.
• Our only goal is to pay any outstanding balance and close the account.

We have already opened a case with Seller Support about this issue.

Has anyone resolved a similar loop before? Is there any other way to bypass the old bank verification?
