Account Problem

My old GST Number G1ZZ closed by GST department. they provide me new GST number G2ZY with the same state and same PAN number. I want to update the GST number on amazon seller account. but when I raised the ticket about the GST number update with the case id: 10597215302. they reply me (changing GST within same State is not allowed and seller needs to create a new account for the same, hence request cannot be processed.) but I have only one mobile number and the E-Mail i'd and one laptop and new account not creating with the same details. there is showing an error. (Important Message! You indicated you're a new customer, but an account already exists with the mobile phone number [Moderator Edit: Personal Data]) and when I try to delete this account permantly there is also showing an error. (MerchantAccountClosure_HasPositiveBalanceBlocker_Msg. Amazon requires a waiting period of 90 days after your last order before you can close your account. You have had an order in the last 90 days, so your selling account cannot be closed at this time.) I already faces lot's of issue and my business is not running due to this problem's. kindly give me any solution to start the amazon seller account. 1 new GST number update with this amazon account. 2 create a new account with the old mobile number and E-mail i'd. now If GST details cannot be updated then I wants to terminate/close the account completely now and wants to create new account with same mobile number and email with new GST number. I am totally stuck with this kindly help me.

On my opinion you create new amazon account and copy all your existing listings to new account.
